Explorers are the oldest youth age range
The Explorers are part of Christchurch Scouting and have 5 units throughout our town. The “Neptune” Unit is the water activity based Unit that is linked to Mudeford Scouts and meets at Mudeford Scout Hut
The Explorer age range is 14 to 18 years See the Link HERE
Neptune will be sailing , kayaking paddle boarding and other water based activities. They will be achieving RYA awards
We will of course be camping , hiking, learning navigation, map reading and a host of fun activities
Explorers can also become Young Leaders, who will hopefully become our leaders of tomorrow
There is specific training for this
